Couture Boutique Prepares for Holiday Shopping and Networking for Small Business Saturday

Baltimore plus-size clothing location offers a day of perks, deeply discounted fashions, along with customer and small business networking

New York, NY, 11/14/2011: In honor of Small Business Saturday, a nationwide campaign between Black Friday and Cyber Monday to support small business owners, Couture Queen is planning a day of customer appreciation with enticing discounts to merchandise from some of the top plus-size designer brands, along with small business and consumer networking on Saturday, November 26, 2011 from 9am-7pm at their Baltimore store location.

Couture Queen is offering 30% off all merchandise in the store including shoes, handbags and accessories. In addition to the sales, the boutique will also offer light refreshments for patrons and the opportunity to network with each other and share with other small business owners. The all day event is a stepping stone for the new plus-size storefront that is looking to expand with a second store location in January.

Owner, Doretta Johns is excited about Couture Queens first Small Business Saturday event since opening its doors in June of this year. “We are looking forward to bringing awareness to our boutique and even other small businesses within the area because it is imperative to remind people that when you patronize a small business you are putting money back into your community.”

Couture Queen offers plus-size apparel from brands such as Qristyl Frazier Designs and Jill Alexander Designs, along with fashion styling consultations by appointment, private shopping and walk-ins.
